Crown has been involved in real estate ownership, development and investment nationwide for over 25 years. Crown has pursued real estate as an alternative asset class because of the history of exceptional risk adjusted returns that have been realized. Crown has invests in commercial, industrial, residential, and undeveloped land net leased properties. In the commercial sector crown has invested in industrial, office, shopping centers and net leased properties. In the residential sector Crown has invested in apartments, condos, and senior living facilities. Our current focus is on opportunistic investments offering above average returns. These deals have a value added component including financial re-capitalization, market repositioning or property re-development.

Crown has a successful history of partnering with local developers/sponsors with expertise in a local market with an operating capability (construction management, leasing, and property management) and a financial incentive for a successful project. Qualified third party agents/managers are hired to the extent operational capability is not provided by Crown's developer/sponsor partner.

Crown is flexible in the form of its investments, including equity, debt and equity linked debt instruments. Crown is creative in the structuring of its real estate transactions and works with its partners to develop deal structures that meet the needs of all of our partners. One structure is for Crown to be a joint venture partner with teh developer or sponsor as well as direct investments.
