Crown Capital Corporation was founded in 1985 to serve the growing needs of middle-market companies. Since then, the firm's success has come from our culture, which strives to foster the same values that help any business succeed: hard work, common sense and integrity.

Crown conducts it business as a principal and as a financial advisor. As a principal, Crown engages in corporate and real estate merchant banking activities. Crown has made merchant banking investments leveraging it's expertise from a history of successful transactions concluded over 30 years. Over the years, we have developed close working relationships with a group of professional specialists in management systems, finance, accounting, legal services, information technology, marketing, environmental, insurance, and human resources.

Our clients include private and public companies, senior managers, major institutions and funds that invest in private equity. We have worked closely with multinationals and Fortune 1000 companies, but true to our vision, our focus is primarily on companies with revenue between $10 and $250 million. However, as our clients require, we also consider opportunities outside that range.

Leveraging our expertise and relationships, Crown is a provider of capital to middle-market companies with senior managers who have a history of success within business sectors. We partner with those companies and managers to fund buyouts and recapitalizations of companies with positive growth prospects and value creation strategy.
